Manor Dining
El Castillo de Esparza offers various dining areas with stunning views for you to enjoy during your stay. The formal dining room can accommodate over twenty guests at a large antique table, and smaller seating arrangements can be arranged upon request. The furnishings throughout are also antiques, adding to the unique ambiance of the Castle. You can be sure to enjoy every course prepared by our talented chef, leaving you and your guests satisfied after every meal.
Rancho Dining
Indulge in a day of relaxation by the pool, play a game of golf, tennis, or chess, and enjoy a delicious lunch at the Rancho House with its soothing cool breeze by the pool. The Rancho House dining area can accommodate over 30 guests and is an ideal spot for a special evening barbecue or dinner while being serenaded by the nearby waterfalls and shimmering pool.
Veranda Dining
A popular choice among guests is to enjoy their meals on one of the two verandas at the main house, which boasts breathtaking views of the pool, golf greens, mountains, and Gulf of Nicoya. The stunning surroundings, coupled with the sounds of native birds in the morning and unforgettable sunsets in the evening, make this location a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The cool breezes add to the already serene atmosphere.
